What happens when I publish with no title? Titles are friction.

But titles from the post title in the head. And title also form a meaningful permalink.

Hmm, permalinks should include year and month. Maybe even year, month and day. But year and month for sure.
But. Titles are also important for reference and display, I think. Maybe titles are needed after all, but maybe the title editor should just arrive after the editor.
