River boating on Williston
Okay, I’m not wearing a leather jacket or carrying a canoe, but it’s still pretty cool. Family camping in the summer of the 80’s consisted of this river boat trip out of Hudson’s Hope, and finding the small waterfall and tributary, the Wicked River. We fished there. We ate cans of bacon and beans heated in the camp fire. And we read books. And the parental units drank rye and coke.1
